Tariffs

Tariffs are inclusive of service charge, government tax and environmental fees that may change without prior notice.

Tariffs are in the local currency (Philippine Peso = PHP). When payments are made in another currency, tariffs are converted into the currency at the time of payment.

We required full payment of your stay upon reservation, however in case of cancellation this can be fully refund (see conditions below).

Cancellation

If cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date there will be 100% refund of the payment.

There will be no refund should a notice of cancellation be received within 29 days to check-in date or in the event of a no-show.

Resort / Tours / Loss

While Atremaru takes the utmost care to ensure your safety at the resort and during the tours, it is at your own risk and Atremaru is not responsible for any injuries or liabilities. 
All the tours offered by Atremaru are sourced from a professional tour agency who is our partner. 

Privacy

In order to provide you with the best service we use your personal information only for reservations and legal requirements.

Immigration / Travel

Visitors require a valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of entry in the Philippines.

Visitors from most countries may stay 30 days provided they have valid tickets for onward journey.

An extension can easily be done at all immigration offices in the Philippines at a reasonable cost.

Holders of Hongkong and Taiwan passports must have special permits.

Please check with Philippine"s embassies or consulates for visa"s, special permits and more relevant information.

Health Information

A certificate of vaccination against yellow fever is required for travellers coming from infected areas listed by the World Health Organisation.

Atremaru is free of malaria and dengue, however other parts of Palawan or Philippines may not be.

Please consult your doctor for advise before visiting the Philippines.

Miscellaneous

For reservations and other services for which fees may be charged, the guest agrees to all Atremaru Conditions. The guest also warrants to be financially responsible made on his/her account.

Please inform us soonest about any change in arrival and show your reservation document upon arrival.

The resort shall not be held liable for failure to provide any services due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of Atremaru management.

Electricity at Atremaru is 220 volts and 60 Hz (similar as in the Philippines).

The plugs are in American flat and European round format at our resort. Some adapters are available at Atremaru.

Banks are open Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with ATM's operating 24/7. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted in Atremaru and international credit cards are generally accepted in major establishments in Puerto Princesa City.
